Set up 2-factor authentication
You have the option to activate the use of 2-factor authentication (“2FA”) for nele.ai to further secure the user's login.
If 2-factor authentication is set up, a normal login will send an email with a security code to the corresponding user after entering the email and password. This code must then be entered by the user, only then is the login successful.

Set up 2-factor authentication

2-factor authentication is set up in the admin area. To do this, open the “Team” section, which contains the team information. Select the “Activate two-factor authentication” checkbox here (1).
2FA is now globally active for your company and applies both to logins to the admin area and to logins to the NELE.ai application.
Note that 2FA does not apply to customers with a SAML/SSO connection.
Query of the second factor

If 2FA is activated, your employees will be prompted to enter the second factor after the normal login. This factor consists of a 6-digit security code (1), which is sent to users at the same time to their stored email.
The login is only successful after the user has entered this code, meaning that the e-mail address and password are no longer sufficient and are only valid in combination with the sent code.
If the user has not received a code, it is possible to use the “Resend code” link (2) request a new one.
