Here you can invite new users to the admin area.

Start overview and invitation process

In this area, you will find an overview of invitations you have sent, which you can use to add new users to your NELE team.
You can use the search function to find invitations that have already been made (1), you can also withdraw an invitation that has not yet been accepted by the user using the delete function (2). Zusätzlich steht Ihnen ein Resend-Button als Icon zur Verfügung, mit dem Sie abgelaufene oder noch nicht angenommene Einladungen erneut versenden können (3). Der Resend-Button ist nur alle 5 Minuten betätigbar und wird nach dem Versenden für 5 Minuten deaktiviert (ausgegraut).
Um alle noch offenen Einladungen auf einmal erneut zuversenden, nutzen Sie den Button „Alle erneut senden" (4). Dieser sammeltalle nicht angenommenen Einladungen und versendet sie in einem Vorgang. Eine Bestätigung fragt Sie, ob Sie wirklich alle offenen Einladungen erneut versenden möchten.
To start an invitation process, click on the “Invite user” button (5). Before you send the invitation, you can define basic settings for the future user here, which are described below.
Add user

First, choose the language in which you want to send the invitations to your users (1). It also serves as the default language that is stored for the user.
Then enter the email address of a user you want to invite (1a). After entering an email address, you can confirm it with either the enter or the comma key. The addresses entered now appear further down in a list view (2). Remove addresses from this list by clicking on the “X” (3). Send your final invitations via the “Send invitations” button (4) or make further settings, which are described below.
Groups

Select which groups should be assigned to the corresponding user by using the checkbox to the left of each entry (1). Please note that some groups may not be published.
Send your final invitations using the "Send invitations" button (2) or adjust additional settings.
Permissions
For the respective user, you have the option to assign permissions here. You can choose from three permission categories:
- The authorization to generate an API key
- The assignment of permissions within the admin area
- The permissions for knowledge databases.
Authorization to Generate an API Key
In the program settings of nele.ai, users have the option to generate an API key. Read more about this in the corresponding manual entry.
Click on the checkbox (1) in the permission settings of the admin area to allow the user to generate a key or to prevent this.

Permissions for the Admin Area
Click on a checkbox to the left of the respective entries (2) to give the user access to the corresponding area. For users without rights, the non-selected areas are not visible.
Select "Select/deselect all" (3) to allow all areas at once or to revoke authorization for all areas simultaneously. This also adjusts the checkboxes in the categories "Authorization to generate an API key" and "Assign permissions for knowledge databases".
Send your final invitations using the "Send invitations" button (4) or adjust additional settings.

Assigning permissions for knowledge databases
The permission settings for knowledge bases are in the same overlay. To do this, scroll down a bit further. Here you can set what options a user has with regard to viewing and editing specific knowledge databases.
Select “View” (1) for a knowledge database to simply make this knowledge database visible to the user. This is the lowest possible level of authorization.
In addition, a user can edit a knowledge database separately from each other (2) or the deletion of one (3) be conceded.
Select “Deselect all” (4)to allow all areas at once or to withdraw permission for all areas at once.
Send your final invitations via the “Send invitations” button (5) or adjust additional settings.
Assigned AI models

Use the checkbox to the left of the respective entries to select which AI models are assigned to the corresponding user (1).
Select “Deselect all” (2) to allow all models at once or remove permission for all models at once.
Send your final invitations via the “Send invitations” button (3) or adjust additional settings.
Assigned knowledge bases

Use the checkbox to the left of the respective entries to select which knowledge databases are assigned to the corresponding user (1).
Select “Deselect all” (2) to assign all knowledge bases at once or remove them from all models at once.
Send your final invitations via the “Send invitations” button (3) or adjust additional settings.
Set content filters

Using the checkboxes to the left of each entry, select which content filters should be assigned to the respective user (1). These filters specifically block certain request categories and ensure safe and appropriate use of the AI systems.
Send your final invitations using the "Send Invitations" button (2) or adjust additional settings.
Set Credit Limit

Switch to the "Credit Limit" tab (1) to establish a monthly spending limit for the respective user. Select one of the following options from the dropdown menu (2):
Not defined (3): The user either receives a limit from another group membership or has no limit if no other group specifies one. The highest group limit applies.
Unlimited (4): The user can utilize the system without any restrictions.
Limited (5): The user is assigned a fixed monthly limit. Enter the amount in euros (1 cent equals one credit here).
Please note that brief delays may occur when enforcing limits, and a slight limit overage per prompt and user is possible. In the case of credit limits, the highest specifically set limit assigned to a user always applies, whether individually or from multiple groups.
Send your final invitations using the "Send Invitations" button (6) or adjust additional settings.
