Here you can invite new users to the admin area.
Feature overview
Start overview and invitation process

In this area, you will find an overview of invitations you have sent, which you can use to add new users to your NELE team.
You can use the search function to find invitations that have already been made (1), you can also withdraw an invitation that has not yet been accepted by the user using the delete function (2).
To start an invitation process, click on the “Invite user” button (3). Before you send the invitation, you can define basic settings for the future user here, which are described below.
Add user

First, choose the language in which you want to send the invitations to your users (1). It also serves as the default language that is stored for the user.
Then enter the email address of a user you want to invite (1a). After entering an email address, you can confirm it with either the enter or the comma key. The addresses entered now appear further down in a list view (2). Remove addresses from this list by clicking on the “X” (3). Send your final invitations via the “Send invitations” button (4) or make further settings, which are described below.
Permissions
Here you have the option to assign permissions to the corresponding user. There are two authorization categories to choose from, namely permissions within the admin area and permissions for knowledge databases.

Assigning permissions within the admin area
Select a checkbox to the left of the respective entries (1) to give the user access to the appropriate area. The unselected areas are not visible to users without rights.
Select “Deselect all” (2) to allow all areas at once or to withdraw permission for all areas at once.
Send your final invitations via the “Send invitations” button (3) or adjust additional settings.

Assigning permissions for knowledge databases
The permission settings for knowledge bases are in the same overlay. To do this, scroll down a bit further. Here you can set what options a user has with regard to viewing and editing specific knowledge databases.
Select “View” (1) for a knowledge database to simply make this knowledge database visible to the user. This is the lowest possible level of authorization.
In addition, a user can edit a knowledge database separately from each other (2) or the deletion of one (3) be conceded.
Select “Deselect all” (4)to allow all areas at once or to withdraw permission for all areas at once.
Send your final invitations via the “Send invitations” button (5) or adjust additional settings.
Assigned AI models

Use the checkbox to the left of the respective entries to select which AI models are assigned to the corresponding user (1).
Select “Deselect all” (2) to allow all models at once or remove permission for all models at once.
Send your final invitations via the “Send invitations” button (3) or adjust additional settings.
Assigned knowledge bases

Use the checkbox to the left of the respective entries to select which knowledge databases are assigned to the corresponding user (1).
Select “Deselect all” (2) to assign all knowledge bases at once or remove them from all models at once.
Send your final invitations via the “Send invitations” button (3) or adjust additional settings.
Set credit limit

For full cost control, set a credit limit that caps the monthly consumption of the respective user (1). 0 euros does not correspond to any set limit.
