The knowledge bases section is only visible and accessible if it has been enabled by an administrator.

How to find your knowledge bases

To access the knowledge bases, first click on "Knowledge" on the left-hand side. You will then be taken to the area where you can view all the knowledge bases you have created or that have been shared with you.
