How many words do I get for my AI volume?
It depends on the selected AI model in your chat. Each model has different capabilities and consumption. If you use the "ChatGPT 3.5" model, 1,000 credits is equivalent to about 850,000 words. If you use "ChatGPT 4" it is equal to about 33,000 words.
Please note that the word count includes everything that is sent - i.e. your message to nele.ai and the reply from nele.ai. With each new input within a chat, the entire chat history is sent so that nele.ai remembers what was said before and can take it into account in the reply.

What is the AI volume or credits?
Credits - Since nele.ai combines different AI models (e.g. ChatGPT 3.5, 4 and soon more) in one system, an overarching billing unit (credits) had to be wrapped up. This ensures that the different pricing models of the providers can be billed in nele.ai.
AI volume - We are convinced that all employees have a significant advantage by working with nele.ai. Therefore, a volume-based payment model was chosen. This way, nele.ai can be made available to every employee and the cost risk is minimized by the fixed AI volume.
How long is the contract period?
The contract period starts from the date of booking and then always runs for one month.
Are there any additional fees that may apply while using nele.ai?
No. All costs are included in the AI volume.
How can I increase my AI volume?
You can increase the AI volume at any time via the manage.nele.ai administration interface, even before the end of the month. The higher volume will then be charged proportionately for the remaining month.
Are there special offers for long-term contracts or large companies?
Since billing is based on usage, the same quotas apply to all companies. If the demand is higher than the AI volume in the booking module, please contact us directly at +49 6036 72 61 590.
How do I receive my invoices?
You will receive your invoice by email and you can download it in the administration interface (manage.nele.ai) under Account -> Invoices.
What payment options are available?
You can pay by SEPA direct debit and credit card.
Can I find out what my AI volume and consumption are?
On manage.nele.ai, the administrator can overview the consumed AI volume of the team in real time, detailed on a daily and monthly basis. For data protection reasons, however, an individual view per employee is not allowed.
How many people can I invite to nele.ai?
Basically, there is no limit here. The more people you invite, the more can benefit from nele.ai. The number of employees has no effect on the costs at nele.ai.
What impact do the different AI models have on my AI volume?
Currently we are working with ChatGPT 3.5 and 4, other models will follow soon. As a rule of thumb, OpenAI only charges about 1/20th of the tokens when using GPT3.5 compared to GPT4.
